August Music Group was established by John Piette to represents his original song catalog.

The catalog features John's originals spanning his career in the music business featuring songs

from power rock to Moderan American Country. His song Tonight received over 5 million plays

Worldwide and his original Long Way Home was chosen as a top ten modern country music song in

the World Songwriting Awards.

Ten years ago at the suggestion of a Nashville artist, John was persuaded to make his originals

available for publishing and to use his talents to write and compose different styles of songs for

publishing. John owns Dream Traxx Recording Studio and is constantly writing and recording new

songs for publishing.

John sitll records and releases songs under his recording artist band, August Rock Band, and

receives world wide airplay and recognition. He has released over 80 original songs to date with more

in the works.
